Truly enjoyed the double room I was given, it had coffee and a TV. Location: the hotel was so close to an adjacent conservatory, Padstow, Port Isaac and Boscastle and the pub in the village. Also, I was just a pleasant stroll away from St Teath Methodist Church.

Room was very spacious and modern amenities. Free wifi was great. Breakfast was lovely. Local pub had a nice meal and we enjoyed a chat with the locals there. Good value compared to accomodation in Port Isaac and close by if you have a car.
Were not able to use skype with the wifi service. It was initally difficult to find the b&b as we took the first turn to St Treath and ended up down very narrow lanes. Thought I was getting a b&b in Port Isaac when I made the booking but it is 5 miles away. Breakfast room is a big strange as you are sitting in the entrance hall.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for our city trip. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions and our family's accommodations. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. We also enjoyed the peacefulness of the room, which overlooked a lovely garden.
The lingering smell of old food in the hallway, which also served as the breakfast room. It was a bit off-putting to walk through this area.
